No liabilities, well to do parents on either side makes you feel arrived and invincible. You enhance your standard of living because you feel bullish on life. You load yourself with debt (EMI) by going for the expensive sedan and a 3 bedroom home. This is the biggest blunder because you become enslaved to the EMI hereon.
